Refund Policy

All bracelets, pendants, and necklaces in exceptional condition with receipt can be refunded in full within 10 days of purchase. Without a receipt, a store credit can be issued if items remain in exceptional condition.

For health and sanitary reasons, earrings are only eligible for store credit returns, with or without a receipt.
